SBC’s sustainability assessment--which includes a carbon footprint--creates a baseline to measure operational performance, provides recommendations for improvement and allows for comparisons to be made within your industry.

SBC scores your company based on answers to detailed questions in eight specific areas that cover operational, financial, social and environmental performance. The questions are comprised of indicators from leading third-party sources—such as the World Resources Institute (WRI), the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) and Global Reporting Initiative (GRI)—as well as customized inquiries that we have developed from our vast experience working with clients, so that we can capture the whole picture.

As part of the assessment, we will gather data, interview key employees and stakeholders, calculate your carbon footprint, perform SWOT and gap analyses of the company’s sustainability efforts, and provide both corporate-wide and department-specific recommendations to help the company move forward on its sustainability journey.
