SBC guided The North Face in developing its first-ever CSR report. We helped write and edit content, provided third party assurance, and developed industry-leading key performance indicators for the company that aligned both with its traditional business metrics as well as with global reporting standards.
SBC also used our Return on Sustainability (ROS) process to help The North Face sort through hundreds of potential ideas and concentrate on those that showed the most promise to increase profitability, brand value, and sustainability performance at the same time.
