Our History

Kevin Wilhelm founded SBC seven years ago with two ideas in mind: to help businesses create sustainable prosperity and to be a fun and great place to work. Since 2004 we have been helping all kinds of organizations shift the way they operate to tackle the big problems facing our world while also becoming an award-winning workplace.

There is no doubt that addressing climate change is difficult work and is truly our generation's greatest challenge.  But when our clients commit to doing their part and reducing their impact we really are beginning to make a meaningful difference.
